Good Market
UI/UX, rebranding, logo designGood Market is a fictional grocery chain. This project involved designing a mobile shopping experience aimed at helping busy professionals shop more efficiently while supporting Good Market’s goal of expanding their market reach.
The work was completed as part of my DesignLab UX/UI program.
The Brief
Good Market is a fictitious, mid-sized grocery franchise based in the United States. While customer satisfaction ratings has remained relatively stable over the past four years, the company has experienced an 8% annual decline in market share. If this trend continues, Good Market risks losing its competitive position and long-term viability.Market and user research revealed that this decline is largely driven by the rapid growth of online grocery ordering and delivery services such as FreshDirect and Instacart. Customers gravitation to these platforms are due to their speed, convenience, and flexibility—allowing them to shop anytime, from anywhere.
To remain relevent and increase their customer base and marketshare, Good Market plans to launch a digital shopping experience that enables customers to browse and purchase groceries online.
